Start with the final physical size
Choose A4 or Letter to match the printer tray, or enter a custom size for inserts and covers. A blank page still needs explicit dimensions if it will be combined with other documents.
The optional printable-area guide appears only while editing and can be disabled for the exported sheet.
Use branding sparingly
A small logo or low-opacity watermark can turn the page into simple letterhead. Check that it remains inside the printer safe area and does not interfere with handwriting.
Uploaded images are processed in the browser for the current session. Use assets you have permission to reproduce.
Choose the right output
PDF keeps page size and multi-page output predictable. SVG is better for later vector editing, and DOCX is useful when the page must sit inside an editable office document.
